Yes, it really is pre-training for the first couple weeks. Right now my only concern is getting to the gym. Mainly because I know that if I am too focused on the actual workout then it wont last long at all. So here is the update:
I got to the gym the entire week on time...which meant getting up by 5:20am and heading to the gym shortly after. So as of right now, things are going well. This coming week the goal is the same thing. My thought behind this is that if I get into the routine of things then I can focus on the workout and not have to worry about the routine anymore.
Throughout the week I was able to get in about 12 miles, along with a good amount of weights as well. This coming week, for a couple days anyway, I'm planning on doing cardio in the morning, and then weights in the afternoon. We'll see how this goes, but I think it should go really well.
