- Working out at 5:30am Mon-Thurs. & 7am Fri-Sun.
- Keeping a log of what workouts I'm doing, esp. mileage. (Posting weekly on here too!)
- Eating vegetarian during the week, and only eating white meat (if any) on the weekends.
- Setting difficult, but not impossible goals. (Monthly, and race times)
- Changing up my workouts every week, and possibly throughout the week so I don't get bored.
- Listening to my body! I can't afford to be injured again, esp without my Chiropractors close to fix me up!
